Panama Volcan Spacious Mountain View Rancher
Located in the shadow of Panama’s highest peak; the 11,400 foot Baru Volcano and on the eastern edge of the mountain town of Volcan. The MOUNTAIN PEACE project offers just that- a peaceful retirement life in the eternal spring climate of Panama. Developed by an American expat, it was Volcan’s first designed community, It is located in a quiet rural setting, but close to the conveniences of the town. It features underground utilities for unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.
You enter “CASA NICOLE” through two large hardwood doors. The spacious hallway leads directly into the kitchen and dining area.

The house was designed and built in 2006 to US taste and quality by American expats.
Block walls are 6 inches thick, with extra steel reinforcing. There is both hot and cold water to the kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. Granite is used for countertops throughout. A layer of insulation in the roof helps to control the temperature and dampen noise from rain. There are security bars on all doors and windows.

Ceilings in one house are escayola, in the other drywall. Large patios help you enjoy the views and the temperate climate. The garages have remote controlled electric doors.
